The Wagyu lady.


At Lakeland Valley Wagyu, we’re proud to specialise in beef that really is something out of the ordinary. Our Wagyu is rich, tender and full of flavour — the kind of meat that makes a meal memorable. It’s premium produce, raised with care, and it isn’t meant to compete with supermarket packs. We believe it’s worth doing properly, and our customers agree.


But we don’t stop at Wagyu. We also supply fell-bred lamb, outdoor reared pork, and our own hand-made sausages and bacon — staples that have become favourites for many of our regulars. Alongside supplying homes and businesses, you’ll often find us at country shows and pop-ups, serving up our much-loved Wagyu and pork burgers.
